Elizabeth Fraser is a second year Red River College student enrolled in the Creative Communications program. During the first year of that program you are required to take on a personal project for independant study. Elizabeth chose to interview prominent Winnipeggers that have incredible faith stories and compile it into one book aptly dubbed, "Faith Is".
Elizabeth's book launch is tonight at McNally Robinson (Grant Park - 1120 Grant Ave) at 7pm. Lindor Reynolds and Tim Hague Sr. will be there to share their stories from the book as well as musical guest Jordan St. Cyr and reportedly ice cream and rainbow sprinkles.
Alison and Teghan from The Meeting Place had a vision and despite their very busy schedules of work and full time school, when God gave them this vision it just had to be done.

Their passion came through so well on the radio this morning and everyone at the station is really looking forward to their event coming to Grant Memorial Church on March 15th. It's free and gets under way at 7:30pm.
On the Morning Refresh we had Shawn Chapman associate pastor from Elim Chapel in Saskatoon. He will be the main speaker tonight at Grace Community Church (280 Caron Rd) in Winnipeg.
