BLIZZARD-LIKE CONDITIONS LEAVE A TRAIL OF CLOSED ROADS AND COLLISIONS

Thanks to an Alberta clipper, southern Manitoba experienced freezing rain which then turned to snow and with strong winds gusting up to 90 km/h visibility was reduced. For the next three weeks, the province had a series of weather warnings issued only led to more closed roads and collisions.

There was even a standstill on the West Perimeter and a Winnipeg man shared his experience of being trapped on the road for more than five hours. It was this series of blizzard warnings that dubbed this year to be one of Winnipeg's snowiest winters ever.

STEPHEN COLBERT AND DUA LIPA SHARE A DEEP DISCUSSION ABOUT RELIGION ON LIVE TV

In an interview on The Late Show, Dua Lipa, whose family is Muslim, praised Stephen Colbert for being so outspoken about his faith; that being Catholicism. 

"I am a Christian and a Catholic. And that is always connected to the idea of love and sacrifice, being somehow related and giving yourselves to other people. And that death is not defeat."

The pop star also asked him which rules his life, comedy or his faith. He answered that his faith will "win out in the end." Even Christian theologian Timothy Keller praised the comedian for the way he expresses his faith in the limelight.

GOD PUTS DARREN MULLIGAN'S FAITH TO THE TEST

While travelling to the airport to catch his flight to Colorado for his next show, the We Are Messengers member hit some ice on the road and to lost control of his truck. Mulligan veered into oncoming traffic but was able to gain control once again and dodge an oncoming vehicle but his truck flipped onto its side.

"10 seconds before the accident I had been talking with Jesus and I said out loud “my life has always been in your hands and it still is”. I guess God put that to the test and He has once again proved Himself unbelievably kind. Expecting big things from the Lord tonight. I am a very grateful man, more than ever and I’m convinced this too is the goodness of God in my life."

AMERICA'S GOT TALENT CONTESTANT SHARES ENCOURAGING PARTING MESSAGE

Jane Kristin Marczerski, also known as Nightbirde, started gaining recognition when appearing on the TV show America's Got Talent. It was her incredible positivity and vulnerability in her battle with cancer that captured the hearts of many people.

She passed away on Febr. 21 but left a video to help encourage her fans one last time.

"Just because you're sad or grieving doesn't mean you're not grateful and it doesn't mean that you're not hopeful. It doesn't mean that you still aren't fighting for your life, that you still don't have it in you to keep going. But sadness and grief, and mourning, and lamenting, and screaming, and crying, these are ways that we honour what was lost."

'JESUS REVOLUTION,' A NEW AND POWERFUL UPCOMING CHRISTIAN FILM

Back in the 60s and 70s, there was a movement that some people called the "Jesus Movement," and this serves as the inspiration for the new movie set to release in 2023 with Kelsey Grammar and Jonathan Roumie as co-stars.

There is a lot of excitement for Grammar to be involved in the movie because many people react to the way he can connect with the audience through the screen.
