A Touch-a-Truck fundraiser took place in Kleefeld Saturday bringing in around $31,000 to help with 3-year-old Hallie Thiessen’s medical expenses.

She battles a rare medical condition with severe complications.

Her mom, Cari-Lynn Thiessen, says they planned the Touch-a-Truck fundraiser to help cover medical and nutritional costs for Hallie.

"Hallie’s formula is incredibly expensive, and with all of the formula shortages that have come out of COVID, we’ve been having trouble getting it through our normal channels."

The fundraiser had a large turnout, and both children and adults were excited that Princess Anna came out to sing some songs! Other entertainment included barrel rides, balloons, bubbles, and of course a plethora of trucks to explore.
