Venues in the UK are responding to complaints by citizens calling for the cancellation of Franklin Graham's tour.

The first venue to drop out of the tour was ACC Liverpool after weighing the "balance between freedom of speech and the divisive impact."

To date, all eight of Graham's UK tour venues are announced as "TBA."

"I am coming to the UK praying that many, young and old, will find new life through faith in Christ," Graham says in a statement. "I’m coming to preach the life, death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ."

Graham cites “social cohesion” in communities as the reason for venues leaving the tour.

The original UK tour dates remain on the schedule. Graham plans on finding new venues to tour in 2020.
