Emergency crews are on scene of a structure fire at Inkster & Main this evening, and the City of Winnipeg is asking people to avoid the area.
The fire began after 5:00 p.m. on Sunday evening, at the A&W on the corner of the intersection.

There is no word on the cause of the fire, or injuries at this time.
Traffic has been closed for southbound Main at the intersection.
This is the third serious fire of the day. Fire crews responded earlier to a fire in strip mall in the 900 block of Portage Ave. this morning and to a housefire on Hamilton Meadows Dr.
Alex Forrest, the President of the United Firefighters of Winnipeg said in a tweet Sunday evening that "The Busy January moves into February-Numerous Fires in Winnipeg Today - Great job by WFD to minimize damage and injuries."
Update:
Everyone was able to evacuate the building, and no injuries have been reported.
