A Winnipeg photographer is getting into the holiday spirit as he is offering Christmas photo sessions that give back to the community.

Alexei Mohsen is a Winnipeg-based Photographer living with Autism. Mohsen is glad to use his skill and at the same time give back to the community during the holidays.

"The sessions include 20 minutes in front of the backdrop and then you get four digital files," says Mohsen. "We're doing it to raise money for Athlone School At-Risk Fund."

According to Mohsen, this fund provides food and clothes for students that may not be able to afford them otherwise.

"We did fundraisers two years ago for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada and for the military resource centre in Winnipeg. We were trying to figure out which charity to give to this year, and my mom, who was a lunch lady, remembered this school. We both agreed that this was a good cause."

The sessions are $80 and from that $10 is being donated to the school fund.

"This upcoming Saturday, November 20 is at St.Norbert. We'll be in Winnipeg on November 27 and December 4."
