The day Colton Dixon welcomed twin girls to the world was precarious, but a year later he's celebrating their lives.
"I can’t believe it’s already been 1 year. Athens and Dior, you stole my heart a year ago and haven’t let go since," says Dixon on his Instagram.
The twins celebrated their first birthday on August 18, 2021.
The day they were born was touch and go for little Dior. She was born not breathing, however, as the new parents were praying over her, she was resuscitated.

While the girls might be young, Dixon still takes time while touring to Facetime his wife and daughters.
