Five-time Grammy-award-winning duo For King and Country is releasing a brand new version of a personal song to them.

The third studio album for the brothers, Burn the Ships, was released in October of 2018. It has 11 songs on it, including the original 'Amen'.

On January 29, 2021, they are releasing a new version, pairing up with Christian hip-hop recording artist Lecrae and Tony Williams alongside his choir.

"This song is of deep personal significance to us. It represents a sort of death and new life, a rebirth if you will. Then when we performed it last autumn at an award show with Lecrae, The World Famous Tony Williams and a gospel choir it launched the song into another stratosphere of meaning," For King & Country posted to Facebook on Januray 29.

The brothers performed 'Amen' during the Dove Awards in October 2020 with the two gentlemen, and now it is available for all to hear.

"With 2020 now in the rearview mirror, we look to move past these global hardships together and start fresh with a new perspective, which is the core essence of the song. And thanks to Lecrae’s reverent prayer of humility along with Tony’s characteristic and purposeful voice - we are proud to give you ‘Amen,’ REBORN," says Luke and Joel Smallbone.

Tony Williams, also know as 'The World Famous Tony Williams' is an American R&B and soul musician. Williams is also cousins with Kanye West and has sung on West's debut album.
