Fire crews are battling blazes near Woodridge in the Sandilands Saturday.
Water bombers have been mobilized to assist in the firefighting efforts.
(David Mensies)The Woodridge ATV Sandhogs group posted that there were two fires burning in the area. One of them being near fireguard 18 by the ranger station at the Marchand Way park. Hwy 210 was reportedly shut down as well.
According to the ATV group, the town of Sandilands was put on evacuation alert. Residents of Woodridge were also warned of a possible evacuation.
