Hans Werner Neufeld, known as John the Painterman, 85, of Winnipeg passed away Tuesday, August 1st at Grace Hospice. He is survived by 1 daughter, 3 sons, 1 sister, and their families. He was predeceased by his wife Anni, 2 sisters, 2 brothers and 1 son-in-law. 
The funeral service for Hans Werner Neufeld, known as John the Painterman, will be held Tuesday, 10:30am at North Kildonan Mennonite Church Church, 1315 Gateway Road, with burial at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. 
Donations may be made to Canadian Bible Society or Every Home for Christ.
