A Winnipeg man is released on a Court Order after sexually assaulting two women, and exposing himself to another.

The Winnipeg Police Service says on April 4, a woman riding a transit bus was exposed to a man who was committing an indecent act in front of her. Several other passengers also witnessed this, as they were in eyesight.

Two weeks later on April 20, two women walking in St. Vital Mall had their buttocks grabbed. Both were shopping separately when the unknown man approached them a short time apart.

Police say they have one suspect for all three incidents and have since charged him. The 33-year-old is facing Sexual Assault and Indecent Act charges.

The WPS is encouraging victims to report incidents of sexual assault.

"If you or anyone you know has been a victim of an incident of this nature, you are encouraged to call 911 if the situation is urgent or our non-emergency number at 204-986-622. You can also contact our Sex Crimes Unit directly at 204-986-6245," they say in a statement.
