The offender surrendered to the WPS at approximately 9 p.m.
After officers detained the suspect, they found two BB guns in the man's apartment. There were no injuries during the standoff.
The 29-year-old is currently in WPS custody. He was charged with two counts of Possession of a Weapon and six counts of Possession of Firearm, Restricted/Prohibited Weapon or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order.
