Van Chanh Tran has been safely located, Winnipeg police report.
Previous: Winnipeg police are concerned for the wellbeing of a young adult last seen earlier this week.
Van Chanh Tran, 23, was last seen in the Osborne Village area on the evening of Nov. 24 by friends.
Tran is described as Vietnamese. He is 5'5 to 5'6" with a very thin build and black short hair.
Police say no clothing description is available.
