A young teen is set to appear in court after two fires, including one engulfing a community club, in the same Portage la Prairie spot.
Portage la Prairie's RCMP detachment has arrested a 13-year-old boy for two separate spring fires. The first fire on Garrioch Park Drive was set in a dumpster behind the community club on March 22.
