Two inter-provincial travellers are not the only things police discovered inside of a vehicle Saturday night.

Spotting an Alberta license plate on the Trans-Canada Highway in the R.M of Headingly, RCMP officers conducted a traffic stop.

At around 10 p.m. the officers began an investigation of the vehicle, finding nine kilograms of cocaine. They also found a large amount of undisclosed cash.

Two Albertan men aged 33 and 38 are in custody and are facing charges. RCMP say they are continuing to investigate.
