The year 2011 was the last time Rebecca St. James released an album, which makes this new album release a momentous occasion for the Christian singer and her fans.

St. James album Kingdom Come has 12 songs on it, including one in collaboration with her brothers of For King & Country.

"It feels like quite an epic moment for me, to release this new worship album Kingdom Come," says St. James to The Christian Beat. "So much of my heart, story and life are written into the lyrics! God has brought me into a new season of music ministry with my family beside me, and for this I am incredibly grateful."

Joel and Luke Smallbone of For King & Country, her brothers, gave her a shout out on the day of the release.

"It’s a proud-brother-moment this morning, our sister Rebecca St. James released her brand new album today! She has inspired us in countless ways on her journey, paved the path on which we learned so much about the music industry as kids (you’re looking at some quite experienced stage hands right here), and offered life guidance as only a older sister can.. we celebrate you today, Bec!"

Since her last album release St. James got married and became a mother, giving birth to two daughters and a son. She shared on Facebook how her family was involved in the process of this new album.

"It was so much fun having my girls at the album cover photoshoot for “Kingdom Come”. They have inspired so much of this journey coming back into music and have been a huge part of this album coming to life. Family is the heartbeat of the Kingdom and I thank God daily that I get to be their mama."
