After weeks of dealing with physical distancing and self-isolation, the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic are now being felt by many.

Although these things can take a toll on our mental health, there are a number of ways to stay calm amidst the storm. 

Today we're joined by Sean Miller. He is the executive director of the Canadian Mental Health Association, Central Region.

He'll share with us where we are at in this pandemic, what resources are available and how we can stay on top of our mental health.
