A video of a powerful testimony and prayerful song has gone viral recently, racking up more than 10 million views.

Gospel singer Duranice Pace had an opportunity to share about God's work in her life on the Steve TV Show.

Pace shared on the show her history of abuse, even being forced as a child to consume rat poison, an act extremely damaging to her body and specifically her vocal cords.

"I believe the Lord gave me a touch when they fed me rat poison in Rochester, NY, and they had to cut out half of my vocal cords. And they said I would never talk again, but the man upstairs said, 'You gonna sing again'," Pace says.

Few eyes were dry as Pace revealed how she had also faced a cancer diagnosis, being told she would only survive the next few months. That was 11 years ago as of March 28, 2019.

While many might just be grateful to be alive, Pace seemed to know the exact purpose behind her miraculous survival. She told Harvey, "God done kept me alive to see you, sir," before beginning a prophetic song for the host.

"This is Steve Harvey, he's a good man. He loves the Lord and he'll give you a helping hand. God's going to bless Steve Harvey... Keep on, keep on, you helped me to live, sir, keep on … you special."

The palpable emotion showed when Harvey was brought to tears, reflecting on his own mother and her faith, as well as the decision he had had to make to take her off of life support, which he said was the hardest thing he's done.

Harvey expressed hope that his mother was watching over him as he decided to make the right decision, to which Pace told Harvey he would see his mother again one day.

"You think I'm helping you, but you really helping me," Harvey responded. "I thank you because this was for me."
