Police have reopened a street in the Osborne Village area after it was closed earlier this evening for an investigation.
Stradbrook Avenue between Wellington Crescent and Osborne Street was closed by police Sunday evening. The Winnipeg Police Service (WPS) announced the closure just after 7 p.m. on Jan. 10.
"Currently the WPS have Stradbrook Ave closed between Wellington and Osborne. Police are requesting the public take alternate routes, and to avoid the area," WPS says in a tweet.

Shortly after their initial tweet, WPS announced Stradbrook would be reopening shortly.
In relation to the street closures on Stradbrook. Police operations are completed and all streets will be re-opened shortly.
