Your kid doesn't stop growing and neither does their closet. This weekend, you can turn some of the clothes they've outgrown into clothes that fit just right.

The annual Spring Swap is taking place on Saturday, April 29th at the Montrose School Gym. The event is put on by The Swapping Network Winnipeg, who have been running the spring swap for the past eight years, along with an annual fall swap.

Bring clothes your family no longer uses (clean and organized). You get a ticket and can come back later in the day and grab new clothes in your kids size. The swap also accepts toys (excluding stuffed animals and McDonald's toys).

New parents are invited as well, you just need to show up early to get your ticket. Admission is free. The event works on the honor system, take what you need and leave the rest of others to take. Leftover clothing is donated to local charities.

Drop off time is between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. (the sooner you arrive, the sooner you get in later), while the swap time is from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
