The Christian rock band NEEDTOBREATHE has been busy as of late, including releasing two albums within a year.

NEEDTOBREATHE spent three straight weeks in a house in Tennessee to write their upcoming album. They have now released two songs from their album.

"We gave ourselves 21 days to record and produce this record from scratch. A few friends and familiar faces joined us," says the band in a news release.

The first song was the title track 'Into the Mystery', released on May 6, 2021.

The newest single, available on May 20, is 'I Wanna Remember,' which is also featuring world-renowned country singer Carrie Underwood.

Underwood released her first gospel album My Savior just before Easter. She featured Bear Rinehart, lead singer of NEEDTOBREATHE on one of her interpretations of the classic hymn, 'Nothing but the Blood.'

"After Bear worked with Carrie on a song for her recent album, we asked her if she might want to collaborate with us on a track for Into The Mystery. We all come from similar backgrounds with small-town roots so it felt like the perfect fit," the band shared on their Facebook page.

The full album will be released on July 30, 2021. This is all right after NEEDTOBREATHE released a live album called Live from the Woods Vol. 2 on April 16, 2021.
