A plane crash on October 26 is under investigation after two more bodies have been discovered.

Little Grand Rapids RCMP received a report of a plane crash, approximately 280 kilometres northeast of Winnipeg at 8:36 a.m. last month.

Witnesses say the plane clipped a tree before going into the water.

One body was discovered by RCMP two days after the crash.

The two remaining bodies have now been located.

RCMP says, "On November 5, 2019, the two remaining bodies, the 42-year-old male passenger from Winnipeg and the 39-year-old male pilot from Bissett, were located in Family Lake."

The body of the 39-year-old was removed from the water on November 5. RCMP say efforts are currently underway today to recover the body of the 42-year-old.

The investigation has now been turned over to the Transportation Safety Board of Canada.
