Amy Grant's daughter gave birth to her own daughter.
Parents Millie and Ben Long welcomed a healthy baby girl, Penelope Willow Long on January 4. This is Grant's first biological grandchild.
Grant's daughter Mille was the inspiration for her well-known song, 'Baby Baby,' back in 1991.
"What a way to kick off 2022!" Grant told PEOPLE magazine in an exclusive interview. "We are over the moon at her safe delivery. Mom and baby are doing great!"
Millie and Ben got married in 2019 in Grant and husband Vince Gill's backyard. Instead of 'grandma', Grant is asking to be called Ama.
