For the second time in two weeks police have caught a driver going at a dangerous speed on Bishop Grandin Blvd.
The Winnipeg Police Service says that they caught a young driver going 163 km/h on Bishop Grandin Blvd early Saturday morning.
The WPS took to social media Saturday reminding people to slow down and drive safely.
Double trouble! In the early morning hours today, one of our officers clocked a driver going 163 km/h in an 80 km/h zone on Bishop Grandin. The 21-year-old male now faces an $1,136 fine and a review of his licence. #JustSlowDown #WPSTraffic pic.twitter.com/rnDIas8RIx

The 21-year-old man received a fine of $1,136 for speeding. He will also have a license review with MPI as a result.
