We asked what you thought of eggnog. Do you love it, or do you hate it? We have the official results and they might surprise you.

Yesterday's Christmas question was simple; Eggnog, yes or no?

We had well over 100 responses, both for and against eggnog. Some loved it's rich, creamy texture, and some couldn't imagine swallowing a drink made of eggs.

Eight boxes may seem excessive, but eggnog is coming out earlier and earlier in the season. This year, it was spotted on shelves back in October. That being said, with three people drinking them, the eggnog is bound to go fast.

The biggest complaint we heard was that eggnog was just too thick and egg-like. A lot of people didn't like the taste either, but we don't think we've ever heard it called a stew.

Here's a great new tip. Apparently, 2/3 eggnog and 1/3 coffee is an incredible combination that tastes like a very popular chocolate bar. Thank you Mike for the tip.

If anyone is wondering, eggnog is not eggs blended up. It's actually made with eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, and some nutmeg. That being said, it can definitely taste like eggs to people who do not like it.

Despite the negative reviews, eggnog won out in the end. By a vote of 80-55, the majority of you love eggnog and will continue to include it in your Christmas tradition.
