CHVN is excited to announce a unique concert experience that promises not just melodies to stir the soul but testimonies that can change lives. Adult & Teen Challenge (ATC) is hosting "The Recovery Tour" featuring the dynamic sounds of the Christian hard rock band, Seventh Day Slumber.

But it's not just about the music. What makes this event truly special is the stories behind the songs. Members of Seventh Day Slumber will take the stage to share their personal journeys, describing their battles with addiction and how the unwavering love of Jesus Christ led them toward redemption. They are the living embodiment of God’s grace and a testament to the transformative power of faith.

In addition to the band's testimonies, students from Adult & Teen Challenge will also step into the spotlight to share their powerful stories of deliverance from the chains of addiction. Each account is a testament to the indomitable spirit of those who seek refuge in God’s embrace and find it.

Pastor Terry Thiessen of ATC has spoken passionately about the upcoming concert, saying, "it will be a powerful night and it will be a great opportunity to bring somebody that just needs to hear some hope and hear about the life-changing power of Jesus through great music."

If you or someone you know is struggling or merely in need of a spiritual uplift, this evening promises hope, inspiration, and a musical celebration of the resilience of the human spirit. Pastor Thiessen's heartfelt message encapsulates the essence of the evening: "I want to see people come that might feel like they're on the edge of giving up; I want them to discover that there is a future for them, and that God doesn't care about what's behind them, He cares about what's ahead of them."

Tickets for this incredible night are absolutely free. However, due to capacity constraints, reservations are necessary. You can secure your spot by reserving your tickets here.

Let’s come together, not just as fans of great music, but as a community ready to embrace, support, and celebrate the miracles that are possible through faith in Jesus Christ. Join us for an unforgettable evening of hope, testimonies, and soul-stirring music. We look forward to sharing this powerful experience with all of you.

The concert will take place on Friday, August 25 at 6:30 p.m. at The Wave Church (364 Furby Street).
