It was a busy afternoon at Holy Family Home.

For more than eight years, Ruger has been a source of joy for those there.

The four-legged friend would often, "sleep at the base of wheelchairs, curl up on the edge of beds, walk alongside many friends throughout the Home and its parks, and even share some “secret” hard-boiled eggs and toast," as Holy Family Home shares on social media.

Colleen has thoroughly enjoyed bringing him to work every day and shares that while he is not a trained therapy dog, he's perfect for the role.

Also sharing that watching her pet interact with others has been one of the highlights.

After the party at Holy Family Homes and moving forward, Ruger is looking forward to walks in the park and sleeping in Colleen's bed at work.
