The Israeli lunar lander Beresheet sent back a selfie while 37,600 KM away from earth.
The picture was taken while the craft makes a slow orbit of the earth for the next month, before landing on the moon on April 11.
The image shows a plaque installed on the lander with the Israeli flag and the words "Am Israel Hay - Small Country Big Dreams."
The southern hemisphere of the earth is in the background, with Australia clearly visible.
