Commuters along Route 90 as well as the Disraeli Freeway can expect significant delays Friday morning.
Northbound Kenaston has been reduced to one lane approaching Tuxedo Avenue.
On Thursday that construction caused delays past Taylor Avenue for northbound traffic.
The City of Winnipeg says that emergency repairs to an access panel in the intersection is the cause of the project.
The City of Winnipeg is advising commuters to avoid the area if they are able.

The City is warning that delays will stretch well onto Henderson Highway.
Commuters should plan to use alternate routes this morning and give themselves plenty of extra time.
