A 23-year-old is charged with First Degree Murder of a 20-year-old slain in the fall.

Last November emergency personnel found Rig Debak Moulebou deceased in a residence at the 100 block of Tim Sale Drive. When they arrived, they determined the 20-year-old man died from gunshot wounds.

Winnipeg police found the 23-year-old on Friday and charged him with First-Degree Murder.
