A man is in stable condition after being assaulted on Friday evening in the Frasers Grove neighbourhood.

At around 6:30 p.m., a man in his 40s and two youths began arguing in a bus shelter. The argument escalated, and the man was stabbed by one of the two youths. The youth then fled on a bus.

The man was taken to the hospital in stable condition and police were called. 

One of the suspects, a 16-year-old girl, was later found by police on a bus at Portage Avenue and Dominion Street. The teen was taken into custody and since been released on an Appearance Notice.

The suspect is facing Assault Cause Bodily Harm and Possession of a Weapon charges.
