No one was injured following a fire Wednesday evening in the St. James Industrial area.

The blaze broke out just after 6:30 p.m. in a single-storey industrial building in the 1400 block of Dublin Avenue.

When crews arrived, smoke could be seen coming from the building.  Firefighters were able to get the blaze under control by shortly after 7 p.m.

All occupants of the building were able to get out safely before crews arrived.

Fire officials believe the fire was accidental, caused by a mechanical failure. Damage estimates are not available.
