Roman's 12:15 says "rejoice with those who rejoice, mourn with those who mourn." Here's one way you can put that verse into action.

All day today Goldenwest has been participating in the One Day For IMAGINE Mental Health. Here are some snippets from the event.

Our sister station Mix 96 shared this for the One Day for IMAGINE with Niverville Towing. "Chatting with Wendie Swirski right now. She's bravely telling the story of how she sought help to overcome depression. 'I found out I was perfectly normal. Just like if I had a broken leg: if I sought help it could heal... There is help and there will be a tomorrow.'"

Here's another experience shared by our sister station AM 1250 from the One Day for IMAGINE - "Everyone thinks when you say you're depressed that you're just full of it. I used to be one of those people, until I experienced depression."

Posted by our Goldenwest Radio friends in Steinbach: "You just have to be your own normal. If you're struggling to find your 'normal,' or if you'd like to donate to Imagine Mental Health and help others find their normal, please call 204-388-0065."
