The Winnipeg Police Service has put out a call for help, in hopes of tracking down two suspects they believe are connected to a homicide earlier this month.

A 19-year-old male was found deceased at an apartment block in the 300 block of Assiniboine Avenue on February 7, around 6:20 a.m. Police have since identified the victim as River Harper of Winnipeg.

Through the course of their investigation, detectives have identified two victims from video surveillance footage. 

The first suspect is described as approximately 5' 6" to 5' 8" tall, thin to medium build, dark moustache and beard/goatee.

The second suspect is described as approximately 5' 10" to 6' tall, medium to large build, black shoulder-length hair.

The WPS is asking anyone with information regarding the identity or whereabouts of these individuals to contact the Homicide Unit at 204-986-6508 or anonymously online at winnipegcrimestoppers.org

None of the allegations have been proven in court.
