Province looking to quiet CentrePort Canada Way exit

Next week, night construction will temporarily affect some westbound travellers on Provincial Trunk Highway 190.

Between the hours of 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., Highway 190 will see its exit to the North Perimeter Highway close for construction.

"The department advises the diamond grinding process on the concrete surface will result in a quieter ride and better traction for greater safety," the province says.

Motorists are being asked to use Provincial Road 221's Exit 50 instead. This will impact drivers until Friday's overnight closure.
