A local church is preparing to host a special event over the weekend.

This Saturday, Southlands Community Church is hosting a garage sale and car wash, all for a good cause.

Cathy Cole, Youth Pastor at Southlands talks a bit about why they decided to put on this event.

Cole says all funds raised, will be donated.

The car wash and garage sale are set to take place Saturday May 31st from 8am-3pm at Southlands Community Church, 85 Keslar Road.
