RCMP Manitoba has announced today that they pulled over a total of 11,477 vehicles during the 2019 Holiday Check Stop Program.

In four weeks, the program reached across the province with a total of 386 individual check stops. The program lasted from December 1, 2019, to January 1, 2020.

The program took a total of 67 impaired drivers off the road in Manitoba and charged 80 people with Impaired Driving. Sixty-seven of those charges were alcohol-related.
