The RCMP say they have identified two suspects in the death of a Winnipeg man whose body was found on a Manitoba First Nation.

Bud Paul, 56, was reported missing on August 7 and his remains were found by hunters in Roseau River Anishinabe First Nation.

The Mounties say the suspects in his death are a 36-year-old woman and 39-year-old man from Winnipeg.

Police say their investigation is continuing and new information led them to conduct a further search on Thursday at Paul's last known residence in Winnipeg.
