450 people came out to the Canadian Museum for Human Rights on Thursday evening for "A Night at the Museum."

The evening was part of Ravi Zacharias International Ministries' "Understanding and Answering" summit taking place this week in Winnipeg. It saw Christians, Atheists, Humanists, and more gather together to listen in on, and participate in,  a dialogue about human rights.

Leading Christian apologist, Dr. Andy Bannister, spoke on God's design of humankind, and that we are created in God's image.

Dr. Christopher DiCarlo, an award winning author, speaker, and philosopher, argued that human rights are a default of simply being human. He pointed to evolutionary theory and that "we all are African." His suggestion was that if more people started with their common ancestry with one another, then we would, by default, treat one another with more kindness and compassion.

The evening ended with audience members asking questions and participating in more dialogue.

Organizers of the evening were thrilled with the turnout. The summit continues through Saturday, and also includes a special evening for youth.
