Many of us feel like sleep deprivation is just a part of life. It has become a badge of honour to have a packed schedule, a stressful life, and a solid caffeine addiction.

But Dr. Charles Page wants us to reconsider this social norm and see sleep as the gift that God has given us.  Sleep is essential, for both our physical and psychological health.

Known as “the best guy to see on the worst day of your life”, Dr. Page is a surgeon, storyteller, and author.  As a physician, he understands how essential sleep is to our health and healing, and sadly sees the ramifications of sleep deprivation and insomnia regularly. As a Christian, Dr. Page wants us to understand how God created sleep for us!
