RCMP in Portage la Prairie are saying they found two Winnipeg residents in a stolen truck with a variety of weapons, allegedly selling drugs at a local business.

Officers responded to a call about two suspicious men at a Saskatchewan Avenue West business in a black pickup truck Friday morning at 9:10 a.m. 

While en route to the scene, authorities discovered the pickup truck was stolen from Winnipeg. Authorities believe the suspects were selling drugs at a Portage business. 

The men, both in their 30s, were arrested without incident.

While searching the truck, RCMP found imitation firearms, bear spray, a machete, and Methamphetamine.

Both 30-year-olds are being charged with four counts Possession of weapon for Dangerous purpose, Unauthorized Possession of Prohibited Weapon, two counts of Weapon Possession Contrary to order, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, and Possession of Methamphetamine.

One thirty-year-old is additionally charged with Fail to Comply with release order, and the other is charged with Driving while Prohibited.

RCMP continue to investigate the incident.
