Pembina Highway isn't the only closure happening in the city this long weekend. Keep your commute quick and smooth by avoid these trouble spots.

Pembina Highway between Grant Avenue and Jesse Avenue

Pembina Highway should be completely avoided this weekend. As it will be until the end of June, northbound Pembina will have it's curb and median lanes closed for road work.

Pembina Highway between Jubilee Avenue and Stafford Street

This entire section of road, both north and southbound, will be closed for construction over the long weekend. Pedestrian access will be maintained via shuttle service. 

Taylor Avenue between Cambridge Street and Ash Street

Waverley will be a busy road this weekend as people try to go around the Jubilee underpass closure. However, Taylor just around Waverley will also have lane closures in both directions as part of the Waverley underpass project.

Pembina Highway between Killarney Avenue and De Vos Road

Yet another lane closure on Pembina, this one is on the south end just inside the perimeter. The median lanes in both directions will be closed for road work until June 23.

St. James Street between Portage Avenue and Maroons Road

St. James on the west side of Polo Park is reduced to one lane in either direction for road work until Canada Day.

Archibald Street from Desalaberry Avenue and Mission Street

Until June 9, Archibald is reduced to one lane as they continue to work on the underpass.The closure also affect the westbound Nairn Avenue left turn lane at Archibald.
