Winnipeg gas prices suddenly jumped 10 cents a litre last week in Winnipeg, but Dan McTeague from GasBuddy.com says we could be in for another break.

The temperatures weren't the only thing that have been mild on the prairies this fall. Gas prices in Winnipeg had been hovering around 88 cents a litre for the past few weeks. OPEC announced last week that they would cut production. Was that announcement reason alone for the sudden spike in Winnipeg gas prices? Dan McTeague, senior petroleum analyst with GasBuddy.com, gives his take:

 

The good news is that prices shouldn't go up in the new week. In fact, McTeague believes they may come down a bit.
