There may still be two weeks left of winter, but the city is helping you plan ahead by releasing the Spring/Summer 2023 Leisure Guide.
The Leisure Guide, Spring Leisure Swimming brochure and Spring Leisure Guide Skating brochure are now available online.
Registration for all spring and summer activities (with the exception of summer swimming) begins on Tuesday, March 21 at 8 a.m. for Winnipeg residents, and Thursday, March 23 at 8 a.m. for non-residents.
Whether you are looking to try something new, get creative, or commit to a healthy routine, the Spring/Summer 2023 Leisure Guide offers a wide variety of recreation and leisure programming for you and your family.
Registration can be completed:

- By calling 311
- In person at our registration centre, Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex, 999 Sargent Ave., on March 21 only between 8 a.m. – noon.
- In person at 395 Main St. and Accès–Access Saint-Boniface, 170 Goulet St. (French service available at both locations)
- In person at any City indoor pool during regular operating hours (French service available at Bonivital Pool and Margaret Grant Pool)
