A Winnipeg Blue Bomber is being recognized by the Canadian Football League.

Zach Collaros is the CFL's Player of the Month for October. 

In October he led his team in their 4-0 record. The Bombers have lost one game and won 10 this season.

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers says the quarterback is leading the CFL in passing yards (2,832), and touchdown passes (18). He has completed 74 out of 104 passes, gaining 1,101 yards. This includes eight touchdowns and two interceptions.
