Spring temperatures have finally arrived in Winnipeg, and starting this weekend, City of Winnipeg golf courses will begin opening for the season.

Water levels continue to pose a problem at a couple of the courses, so openings and availability of certain holes will be staggered.

Kildonan Park Golf Course – 2021 Main Street

Opening with a modified nine-hole course on Friday, May 6. The price of green fees and cart rentals will be reduced to begin the season. The remaining holes will open in the coming weeks as course conditions allow.

Crescent Drive Golf Course – 781 Crescent Drive

Fully open for the season on Saturday, May 7.

Windsor Park Golf Course – 10 Des Meurons Street

Opening with a modified course on Tuesday, May 10. The price of green fees and cart rentals will be reduced to begin the season. The remaining holes will open in the coming weeks as course conditions allow.

Winnipeggers can begin booking tee times for all City golf courses today at 2 p.m. This can be done online, by phoning 311 or by contacting the course's pro shop.
