According to Environment Canada's measurements, Morden was hit the hardest with the passing Colorado Low from Sunday and Monday.

 Amanda Prisizney, Decision Support Meteorologist with Environment Canada said that in addition to the amounts accumulated from the Sunday/Monday storm, another 5 to 7 centimetres fell overnight in Southern Manitoba.
