2000 years ago, Jesus fed 5000 people with just two fish and five loaves. Today, Give The Word provided 100 Bibles without actually ever having a single one.

Ryan Rempel from Give The Word Ministries always has amazing stories, but something about this one is special. God's perfect timing has revealed itself in the past, but maybe never as precise as this one.

"[I get] a message from a missionary couple from the Toronto area," Rempel said. "We had supported them with Bibles for Nicaragua a month ago."

The couple was heading out to Peru now and were in need of Spanish Bibles. Give The Word decided to support them with 100 Bibles for their trip. However, they had no Spanish language Bibles in stock.

"We would have to purchase them and then pay for shipping to send them there," Rempel said. "But we were prepared to do it."

A couple minutes before placing the order, however, Rempel received an email from an address he didn't know. It came from a church in Atlanta, Georgia who had Googled 'Spanish ministry Bibles'.

"Give The Word was one of the many ministries that came up," Rempel said. "They decided to email us and wanted to donate to us 100 Spanish Bibles.

"Are you serious? This stuff doesn't just happen!"

Rempel pointed out the ask and the need was met within 10 minutes and cost Give The Word nothing. The church in Atlanta will be direct mailing the Bibles to the missionary couple.

While it worked out perfectly this time, much of Give The Word's ministry is not free, and Rempel invites you to contact them and think about partnering to be a part of more stories like this.
