No new cases of COVID-19 are being identified in Manitoba as of this Monday.

The number of cases in the province remains at 292. Currently no individuals are in hospital for COVID-19. Officials are monitoring 17 active cases, while 268 individuals have recovered. The number of deaths remains at seven.

As of yesterday, an additional 343 lab tests were performed, bringing the total to 38,962.

For those at high risk, those over age 65, those with underlining medical conditions or with compromised immune systems, Manitoba's Chief Public Health Officer Dr. Brent Roussin says extra caution is still needed.

"Limit your contact with others, wash your hands frequently... protect yourself from this virus."
