An additional 735 laboratory tests were performed yesterday. This brings the total number of tests performed since early February to 51,460.

Earlier today, Premier Brian Pallister released the draft plan for Phase Three.

Chief Public Health Officer Dr. Brent Roussin says as we move into a transition period with loosened restrictions, the onus is on residents to live with the level of risk they feel comfortable with.

"We need to learn how to live with this virus," he says, adding the virus will be around for the foreseeable future.

"People need to decide on their own what level of risk they can take, there's a lot of things to reduce those risks... and those at increased risk of severe outcomes should be even more cautious with everything they do, including travel."
